• 12 MODULES to complete over the 6 months
• MONTH 1-6:  6 CONTACT SESSIONS of 2-3 days each – 2 modules are done at each contact session
• MONTH 7-9: 3 months practical at an agency
• MONTH 10-12: Exam prepping for your EISA trade test
• Examination phase ( EISA Trade exam – QCTO then the PDE 5 with the PPRA)

We cannot accommodate the changing/moving of classes. Only under exceptional circumstances can we change your group. SSETA requires a medical certificate (made out in your own name) or if you attend a funeral, you need to submit the relevant proof thereof. This is not our rules, but a SSETA requirement. You need to meet the minimum required notional hours of attendance.
