As you have already been working in the real estate industry, you may qualify for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) methodology for the NQF 4 Real Estate Qualification (SAQA ID 59097).
The enrolment form contains the programme fees, payment options and banking details.
| 1. Who qualifies for the RPL Programme? | If you are a Candidate Property Practitioner and your first Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) was issued prior to July 2025 or earlier, you may qualify to enrol for the NQF 4 RPL Fast Track Programme.
This programme is only eligible to candidates who have had aan FFC which is 1 year old or older. All applications are subject to a screening and eligibility assessment before enrolment can be confirmed. |
| 2. What is RPL? | Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a self-study programme that recognises the knowledge and practical experience you have already gained while working in the real estate industry.
Instead of attending a full classroom programme, you will complete structured assignments and workplace evidence to demonstrate your competency. You can begin your studies immediately once your enrolment has been approved. 😊 |
| 3. Enrolment Conditions | • Completed enrolment forms must be submitted together with all required supporting documents. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
• An invoice will be issued once your enrolment has been reviewed and processed. • Invoices remain valid for 10 days. Should payment not be received within this period, the enrolment will automatically be cancelled.

Once approved, an invoice will be issued. 4. Make payment according to the invoice. 5. Your study material will be couriered to you or made available for collection. 6. | 8. Important Information | • The training provider will perform eligibility checks before confirming enrolment.
• This qualification can only be obtained through an accredited training provider. iSiKolo School of Learning is fully accredited by Services SETA (Accreditation No. 9972). • This RPL Legacy Programme is only available for a limited period, after which enrolments will close permanently. |
