WHEN DOES THE COURSE START?Once your enrolment is processed (dates and option on application form) we will provide you with an invoice for payment. Once the payment reflects, we allocate your seat for class. Training reminders are sent out with contact session details 2-3 days prior to class.
ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS:
The SAQA pre-requisite for this qualification is that you have a South African ID or residency, and hold an NQF Level 3 qualification, which is equal to a Grade 11.
WHO IS THIS QUALIFICATION FOR?
This qualification is for any individual who desire to be part of the real estate industry.
Real Estate Agents: Individuals looking to enter the real estate sector and become licensed real estate agents in South Africa.
Current Real Estate Practitioners: Those currently working in the industry who need to completed the NQF 4 formal certification to comply with requirement of the PPRA.
Students and Graduates: Newly graduated or students interested in following a career in real estate.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAMME WORK?
The program runs over 2 months – All class dates listed below: 09:00am – 16:00pm
BLOCK 1: Knowledge Modules
• Duration 7 full days classroom or webinar based plus 3 weeks to complete assignments. All of the days must be attended or learner will restart at an additional cost to the learner.
o Break of 20 working days to complete assignments
BLOCK 2: Practical Skill Modules
• Duration 6 full days classroom or webinar based plus 3 weeks to complete assignments All of the days must be attended or learner will restart at an additional cost to the learner.
ON COMPLETION OF BLOCK 1 AND 2
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. Join a real estate agency
2. Enter into mentorship agreement
3. Apply for a Fidelity Fund Certificate [ FFC] at the PPRA
4. Job shadow for 6 months under the mentorship of a full status property practitioner/principal
5. After 6 months has transpired since step 1- Return to training provider for block 3

We cannot accommodate the changing/moving of classes. Only under
exceptional circumstances
can we change your group. SSETA requires a medical certificate (made out in your own name) or if you attend a funeral, you need to submit the relevant proof thereof. This is not our rules, but a SSETA requirement.Once I have completed the 3 blocks, what do I do next?
On completion of block 1, 2 and 3 a statement of results will be issued by the training provider These will be uploaded to QCTO for verification
Once verified, the learner can write the EISA
The external summative assessment will be conducted through an evaluation of practical tasks and theoretical questions at an assessment centre accredited by the QCTO and conducted by an assessor registered by the assessment quality partner [AQP]. The assessment will take place over a minimum of one (1) day.
The cost for the EISA will be an additional cost to the learner.
Certification:
Certification will take place on completion of the EISA.
QCTO will issue the certificate.
iSiKolo will collect from QCTO and distribute to learner via courier.
