NQF 4 Occupational Certificate: Real Estate Agent (SAQA: 118714) - Full Training Programme

The enrolment form includes details on costs, payment plans, intake dates, and banking information. Completion of the enrolment can be done digitally or by hand.

If you choose the Online option, all classes and tests are conducted via Microsoft Teams. This is a webinar-based programme with notional compulsory hours for attendance. 😊

You will need to write the EISA trade test in Cape Town or Sandton, approximately 9-10 months after starting the programme.

Applicant Requirements:

• Applicants do not need to belong to an agency from the beginning of their qualification.
• Applicants do not need an issued FFC to apply for this qualification.
• Applicants need Grade 11 / N3 or higher qualification.

Enrolment Details:

• Attached are the enrolment form and information brochures. (See the enrolment form for payment options and banking details)
• Please complete all fields on the form as thoroughly as possible for our admin department.
• Enrolments that are incomplete or missing supporting documents WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
• Respond to this email with the enrolment form attached as a single PDF document.
• Attach proof of payment for the non-refundable admin fee of R1000.
• Invoices will only be provided once an enrolment form is received, and payments are due after invoices are issued.

Programme Structure (12 months total):

• Month 1 - Block 1: 7 days of compulsory classes
• Month 2 - Block 2: 6 days of compulsory classes
• Months 3-9 - Block 3: 6 months workplace evidence (completion of 6 practical modules)
• Months 10-12 - Block 4: Examination phase (EISA Trade exam – QCTO, then PDE 4 with PPRA)

Classes run from 09:00 to 16:00 daily. All blocks have compulsory notional hours that must be completed. Missed classes may result in moving to a new group.

Seats are limited, and classes fill quickly. Send in your enrolment early to avoid disappointment.
